PRINCIPAIJS MESSAGE My Dear Graduates, In the seventeenth chapter of the Holy Gospel according to St. John, we read that Christ said, Wllhat they all may be onef' and in Psalm one hundred twenty-two we read this important message, Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unityli' ln these two most important passages in Sacred Scrip- ture are illustrated two very important symbols, the Cross and the Flag, which are parallel emblems to Christian Unity and World Peace. The primary reason why you have spent four years in this high school is that you may spread by your good example the principles of the Catholic philosophy of life. You have been students here not only to prepare yourselves for success in a career but to live as good Christians and honorable citizens. In whatever vocation in life you choose, students, pray and labor to the best of your ability for the triumph of the rights of Cod and your Country, so that Unity and Peace may be established permanently throughout the world universe. God Bless You. Sister lVlary Maurice, O.S.F. Principal
