These immortal words of a martyred president go down in history as a dynamic chal- lenge to every graduate of every Commencement Class in America. It is fitting and right that an eternal flame now burns in solemn memory of this Lincolnesque patriot of America. In the flickering symbol of that eternal flame, America's youth can find the inspiring answer to their own quest for greatness and service.
