We, the class of 1947, deem it a privilege to edit the silver jubilee issue of the FOS- LIN. Like the alumni before us we have re- ceived a Wholesome 'and well-balanced edu- cation during our years at St. Wendelin High School. Our pastor, principal, and teachers, like others before them, have spared no efforts in bringing to us the treasures of goodness, discipline, and learning. Yes, we are grateful. It is our earnest prayer that we may hold fast to the ideals that have 'been set before us, and that we may prove ourselves Worthy of the efforts that have been expended in our behalf.
