We began on December 10 by decora- ting the school with cedar, ornaments, and tinsel. Spiritually we also began on the 10th vsdth the be- ginning of the special Christmas Novena, which is the highlight of the Christmas preparation here at Cape. Santa Claus arrived a little early this year and gave the students their semester exams on the 19th and 20th. The celebration reached its peak af- ter the last exam, with the Christmas banquet, the reading of the student log, a late scoff, and the sing ing of Christmas carols. :iff 538 , 1 GW .i.V .mn

LLGWEE The brisk, biting October wind froze our hands but not our spirits as we celebrated Halloween '68, The festivi- ties began with special fun and games for the freshman as His Majesty Grendel held court. Following the Frosh Fun there was the annual bonfire which was bigger and better than ever. A large scoff satisfied our appetites as we watched the bonfire and reminisced on the good times of Halloween. 46 X' if 42

The production was directed by Tim Byrne under the guidance of Fr. Berkbigler, and every mem- ber of the class contributed in some way to the final production.
