The candidates, juniors, seniors, or post-gradu¬ ates, are selected from the newspaper, yearbook, or hand¬ book staffs. The nominees must be recommended by the princi¬ pal or adviser and must be in the upper one third of the class. The staff records are sub¬ mitted and carefully examined for final worthiness and qualifi¬ cation.
