And though it may sound a little absurd, It concerns the story of Irish pride. Now it seems a certain Junior class Whose place was at St. V. High, Possessed a spirit so unsurpassed They say 'twill never die. For this was a class with a lot of class, A class that stuck together, An uproarious bunch of Irishmen, No matter what the weather. 'Tis a mystery from whence this spirit cameg No one really knows for sureg But it gave St. Vincent an emerald name Which, like the spirit, will always endure.
