CHARACTER, scholarship, leadership, and service are the requirements for entrance into the National Honor Society. Under the direction of president M. Reiter, the students plan the activities for the year. October found the members selling the Shamrocks for Friendship Day, proceeds were used to buy an American Hag. The society donated a CARE package as a'Christmas present, and N. H. S. members searched for acts for the Annual Talent Show in February. March saw seniors plunging into the General Aptitude Test. Members gave their help to the Alumni book, a record of the activities of St. V. Honor Society alumni. Oflicers in the club are vice-president L. Ball, secretary M. Kraus, and treasurer T.
