Summer FOUR YEARS AGC, we, as Freshmen, stood at the door of a new experience. Drawn from many backgrounds in our guest for religious education, we stood together, a little wary, but with eager anticipation. Then we spent the next four years growing and learning together. We became even closer, within the common bond of our class. We worked, played, and prayed to- gether, learning forbearance and unity and the Christian way, along with our Latin and algebra. Today we stand together for the last time, again at the threshold of a new experience, but this is one we will go alone. Scattered again, more widely than our diversified backgrounds, we will travel far from Saint Vincent's. Per- haps at times we will almost forget. But still, in the backs of our minds and deep in our hearts, will be the memory of the Hilltop. lt has shaped our minds and entrenched our Faith. lt has strengthened our ideals. lt has prepared us to face the world as strong Christian citizens. lt will remain a part of us always. Now, for the last time, the door we have entered so often swings shut behind us. Summer, like the future, shines ahead. Ellen Riley '58 SEALBEARERS C.S.F.
