In a matter of months the band has made remarkable progress in sound, style and personnel. It has displayed its talent in assembly, concert and on parade. It has shown itself to be not the ordinary high school group, but a hard Working, semi- professional corps of musicians. Diligent practice, rewarded, tense concentration, broken by hilarity, a director in agony, then Wild with satisfaction, . .The band made the student body proud of it and showed itself and others what unity can do.
