The Men When the class of 72 came to STA four years ago, Mr. Ridley was the assistant headmaster. Now as seniors we look up to him as the su- perintendent of our school. In the four short years that we have been here, Mr. Ridley be- came the first layman to be superintendent of STA in its proud 86 year history. Mr. Ridley is a part of the school day for the student body. Many school days are preceded by his humor and enthusiasm at morning for- mation. Rids is seen throughout the day talking and rail-hanging with students. He is also one of the top supporters of our sport teams and is always seen in the stands cheering them on. 8

on Top In four years Mr. Culbertson has ad- vanced from history teacher to Director of Students. Culby is the Moderator of the Student Council and is involved in most student activities. It took the students four years, but we finally convinced him that crewcuts are out. Father Siefert is the Director of Guidence at STA. He helps seniors decide on a college which will give them what they are looking for. He is thought of by the stu- dents as the guy who directs those big tests. When seen in school he always has a stack of tests with him. When seen outside he always has his dog Tashe with him. Mr. Kurtz is director of Development, Alumni, and Public Relations. This is a full time job for him and he does it well. He is a good spokesman for the school and he works hard with the alumni. Whenever seen in the halls he always has a smile on his face.
