Our town is Braddock, about ten miles southeast of Pittsburgh. Our school is St. Thomas. The story of our years here we have recorded in this book. In it you will see our moments of ambition, determination, and achievement; sometimes even our moments of frustration. From the first bell in the morning until the ten o’clock curfew, the sounds of activity fill the corridors of our school. On these pages and on those that follow you will see . . . exchange of ideas . . . Hungry Al. . .the mad mad rush ... a break from study . . . and you may even catch a glimpse of the crown jewels. Final adjustments in the foyer ... a march to “The Impossible Dream” . .. from elegance to— . .. “Uncle Jackson’s watching!” 4 k 5 Denny and Karen lake the lead . . and the girls . . . lonely moments . . spirit. . Dear old Saint Thomas We’ll ere be true, Dear old Saint Thomas We pledge our love to you.
