( I (I X S W I I I We, the Senior Class of 1944, now graduates of St. Thomas High, being of sound mind and body, hereby bequeath the following: To our pastor and teachers, we give our sincere thanks for the help and encouragement they have given us during our four years at St. Thomas. Individually: William Dixon and Pat O'Hara leave their brilliant record in basketball to Richard McFetridge and Bernard Hart. Rita Conlin and Mary Alice Costello leave their thirst for knowledge to Loretta Juhas and Betty Minnajii. Cleova Luther leaves her sparkling personality to Clara Mohan. John Miller and Bill McGinley leave their eye for business to Hugh McKeegan and Harry Barclay. To Bernard Crowley, Thomas Whitney leaves his interest in airplanes. To Mary Jane Boyle goes Mildred McNanamy's pleasant manners. Rita Coyne leaves her old, worn but faithful red jacket to Betty Glenn. Virginia Dowd, Patsy Ann Walsh and Stella Chesnik leave their dancing ability to Patricia Van Halanger, Doris Prentice and Agnes Chesnik. Margaret Gleason, Rosemary Cummings and Kathleen Cummings leave their efforts to be on time to the most punctual of the Juniors. Kathleen Coleman leaves her ability to find current events to Antoinette Burdell. Ann Van Halanger's shyness is left to Bernadette Hebrank. Evelyn Boyle, Doris Finnerty and Mae Roberts leave their chewing gum to Dolores Naughton, Ursaline Smith and Teresa Vida. Francis Mullaney, Bill McMahan and Jim Scuffle leave their easy come, easy go manners to Philip McDonough, Thomas Harris and Thomas Tierney. Richard Butler and Richard Poliak leave their broad smiles to Donald Virostek and Charlie Meier. Edgar Thoma leaves his Ford to Bernard Hynes. Stephen Nemets, Eddie Kehoe and Jerry Schwaed leave their Spanish books to John Bodner, Gregory O'Lear, William Maslak and Francis Cenna. Catherine Guzak leaves her love for sports and music to Mary Tomko. Dorothy McGuigan and Dorothy Murphy leave their school spirit to Betty O'Hara and Mary Lou Moore. Jimmy Wilson leaves his ability to dance to the best dancer in the Junior class. Ruth Crowley, Agnes Darby, Clara Schneider and Ellen Schwartz leave their quiet manners to Wanda Brozda, Laura Mace, Germaine Ivison and Ann Marie Hart. Anna Glenn and Mary O'Donnell leave their English books to Bernadette Miller and Victorine Boyle.
