SCIENCE- i Science this year has been more satisfying and interesting ' , than in previous years. Classes are open to sophomores, jun- iors, and seniors. The young upperclassmen chemists and physicists elect science courses for a variety of reasons: natu- ral interest, challenge, career requirements, and a chance to associate with Mr. Bartley, friend and line teacher. A secon- dary reason for a few might be the boiling pot. Mrs. Cal- houn also manages to keep busy. In addition to three Biology I classes-a sophomore requirement-she teaches the depart- ments newly added Advanced Biology and Conservation elec- tives. Both courses have proved popular, having reached maxi- mum enrollment long before registration was completed.
