SEPTEMBER 1952 OCTOBER 1052 DECEMBER MAY 1053 SEPTEMBER 10 53 OCTOBER 1953 MAY 1054 SEPTEMBER 1054 APRIL 1055 MAY 1055 SEPTEMBER 1055 NOVEMBER DECEMBER JANUARY 1056 SENIOR CLASS HISTOR Y Four years ago a group of shy grrls and boys walked up the steps of the St Thomas Hlgh School ready to tackle four years of hard work Twenty two students reglstered as Freshmen 1n the St Thomas Hlgh School We elected Esther D1etr1ch as presldent Dav1d Rawlms as v1ce presldent Janlce Quam as secretary Joyce Quam as treasurer and Carol Larson as student counc1l representatlve We were 1n1t1ated by the heartless sophomores and we honored them havlng a return party 1n therr favor We enJoyed a Chrlstmas party Sponsored by the senlor class We attended our flrst prom The theme was Aprll Showers Twenty flve sophomores enrolled 1n S T S Raymond Walls and Norma Brooks left our class and Wmlfred Lauer Joan McGlynn Darrel Bartho lomew LuRae Coulthart and Rosaleed Coulthart Jo1ned our class We elected Duane L1ttleJohn as presmdent Donald Schultz as v1ce presldent and Carol Larson as secretary treasurer We 1n1t1ated the green freshmen and were honored by a return party A carn1val was sponsored by the llbrary and Jan1ce Quam was chosen our queen candxdate Attended the Junlor sen1or prom the theme belng Moonlrght and Roses Twenty f1VC enrolled as JUHIOTS ln S T S Mlke Gallagher left our class We elcted Janlce Quam as presldent Judy Felt as vrce presldent and Hayes Roblnson as secretary treasurer Some of us took part rn the Jun1or senlor play 'Here Comes Charlle We put on the Junlor sen1or prom nnder the d1rect1on and superv1s1on of Mr Jackson L Granger We chose as our theme Blue Hawau Twenty four sen1ors enrolled for thclr last and fxnal year We elected Carol Larson as pres1dent Davld Rawl1ns as VICL pres1dent Pevgy Ch1lderhose as secretary and Audrey Kllnlske as treasurer We re cexved our class rrngs Had our class plctures taken at Grafton Judy Felt was chosen as carnrval queen We sponsored the Chrrstmas party Took part ln the Junxor plays French Toast and The Green Eyed Mon s er - : s y J . 1 .
