Through his instruction in v these subjects knowledge has been gained in mathematics and world affairs. LE These earnest algebra students are not only being taught math- ematical terms and the solving of equations but are also learn- ing to thi nk clearly and logi- cally. Under the capable instruction of Mr. Bazylewicz, they are being prepared fo r future studies in mathematics and also for later life. Through World Geography these earnest students gain an insight not only into the earth's formation and make -up but also into worldwide problems. As the year progresses they be- come less self-conscious and more world-conscious. They learn that even though people are of different races, reli- gions, and governments they are basically the same--they fear, love, and want the same things.
