For weeks preceding the memorable opening night, a careful ob- server would notice strange doings after classes. Are these really our girlsgrunning around dressed as men? Wheres their hair? What are they doing? These are some of the queries you might have heard as play practice got under way. Almost Eighteen is the hil- arious story of an average home with a not-too-average son, who managed to produce a few slightly messed situa- tions. Eddie, our almost eighteen trouble-maker, was as lovable as he was marked for tragedy, and the play brought tears, smiles, and hearty laughs to those who attended its performance. 5
