I. .1 . . pr rrod to account for the last touchdown for the xrsrtors THAYER ACADEMY On Saturday afternoon Nos ember lst we traveled to Brarntree where we were the quests of Thay er Academy The game started off wrth a banff as Thayer scored rn the first few m1nutes and then Barry Wallace charged rn and blocked the krck for the pomt after touchdown After recerxrng the krck we moxed down the field rn a drrxe that scored Connors for a 6 to 6 tre Then Connors amrd the cheers of the St Sebastran s rootmff sectlon krcked the extra pomt and we were ahead 7 to 6 'I hrs ended the first quarter Thaxer recoxered qurcklx and rn the second and thnd quarters scored 13 to I po1nts respectlxelx whrle we were not able to score at all In the last quarter Owen Todd crossed the goal lme for our final score Although we lost by a score of 26 to I3 rt w as the best Uame of the year as we were 1n there Hqhtrnv all the way CRANIN ELL In thrs game the Arrows nexer made a serrous scormg threat whrle they were completely xanqurshed bx a strong Cranwell eleven at Lenox Thrs was the last game of the season for the Arrows and one they really wanted to wrn to ex en up thelr record On the fourth play of the QameDonByrne of Cranwell cut between rrght guard and rrght tackle and went -I0 yards for a touchdown on a snow covered grrd rron Cranwell was nexer headed afterwards A few mrnutes later Shay tossed a 20 xard pass to Gallagher on the Arrow 30 and ran the rest of the was for the second touchdown The Cranw ell Team scored two more whrle the Arrows could seem to fam no Ground T' e final core w as 29 to 0 l98
