,, , Seniors standing on the threshold of the Gateway to the Futuref' pause to gaze thoughtfully at the steps that have brought them to this pinnacle. Spiritual guidance, the first step, gave them the realization that only under the direction of Catholic education could they develop their whole personality and become citizens with a goal. Educational and cultural guidance, the second step, unfolded before them the courses for the various careers which they might choose to become citizens with a purpose in life. Civic guidance, the third step, gave them a wealth of informa- tion about their government and its workings so they might become citizens with the traits of leadership. Social guidance, the fourth step, provided the many oppor- tunities for graceful living which will help them to become citizens with poise and aplomb. Athletic guidance, the fifth step, trained them in the principles of healthy living so that they might become citizens with a strong body for healthy minds. Yes, Saint Rosalia's seniors stand well fitted for life and well armed to pass successfully through the Gateway to the Future. , E .IU W y 1 Propagation of the Faith 1, 2, 3, 4 . . .
