E A R B O 0 K D E D 1 C A T I O N For the past 6 years you have been a good friend and a great teacher to us. You never failed to help us when we most needed it, and you were always smiling. In sports you tried your best to make us succeed. You never failed to encourage us throughout the years. In appreciation for your being such a great teacher and friend at S.R.F., the class of ‘1985’ would like to dedicate our yearbook to you — Mr. Gary South. When you came to our school nine years ago we knew immediately that you were more than just a good teacher. We came to know you as a “Good Friend.” As years have past, you have seen many classes come and go, but we ask of you to remember us with great regard. We feel we have learned a great deal from you and would like to thank you, “Radar,” for us- ing your great sense of humor to help us along the way. SPECIAL RECOGNITION Your teching techniques were very helpful and your food days with exotic foods made school something to look for- ward to, and very exciting. You helped students make the adjustment from elementary grades to High School by your strict disciplinary rules and regulations. You have been helping students like us for 21 years. You also helped organize the elementary Olympic week which provided us with much more ambition when looking at tough situations. You will be looked upon as one of our finest and most dedicated teachers in the history of our school. We deeply regret losing a fine teacher like you. Special Recognition — Bill Brown We, the class of ’85, would like to acknowledge you as more than a good friend. We have always been fascinated by your sense of humor and your stories of how you tamed the outdoors. You’re a great sportsman and an all around good guy.
