LftOitfvtct Visits S.R .F- Maria Leonora Ziegele, the foreign exchange student, came toS.R.F. from Valdivia, Chile and stayed from mid January to March 23. Her host parents were Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Rockhill. Although there was a lan- guage problem at first, Leonora quickly became a part of the school life. She was always willing to meet people and to tell others what life is like in Chile. The Student Council held a tea for her to meet other students and the faculty members. Leonora was usually busy, as she took part in several activities. Her cheering could be heard at most of the ball games. She, also, proved to be a very good volleyball player. Even though she sometimes fell, the ball found its way over the net. The food was different from what she nor- mally ate, but she said it was good and gained about 10 pounds. Everyone who met Leonora liked her, and the memories of her happy face and cheer- ful laughter will long remain.
