It co-ordinates the various activities in the school, stimulates school spirit, furthers the ideals of American Catholic democracy, and represents Saint Raphael High in the Diocesan Federation of Catholic High Schools. Girls honored by being elected to the council solemnly promise to be loyal, co-operative, and trustworthy representatives. Before a meeting the Third Order members gather at Church to ask the blessing of St. FP3UCi5 Father Lemp, the spiritual director, blesses the medals being given to the new members of Our Lady's Sodality. The seniors of the Sodality use the opportunity of their last high school retreat to pray to the Blessed Mother for guidance in their future vocation.
