LHST llllll HND TESTHHIEIIT TI-IE SENIOR CLASS OF 1954 We, the Senior Class of St. Philip High School, in the year of our Lord, nineteen-hundred and fifty-four, of the City of Battle Creek, County of Calhoun, State of Michigan, being of weak mind and weaker memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be our Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills heretofore made by us. First: To Father Owens, we bequeath our gratitude for all you have done to give us four happy and memorable high school years Second:To Father O'Meara, we leave our thanks for his tolerance of our childish nonsense in religion classes. Third: To Father Crowley, we leave our gratitude for cheering our athletes to success. Fourth: T o the Faculty, we will our sincere thanks for the many and sometimes trying hours you have dedicated to our educa- tion. Fifth: To the Juniors, we leave memories of the best class ever to graduate from this Alma Mater. May you, as the years pro- gress, try to acquire a fraction of our charming personalities, our excelling intelligence, our jazzy wit, and our good looks. Sixth: To all the lower classmen we leave our shining ways. May you always remember our class and forever hold us as your model. I, Catherine Bogosoff, do hereby will to Frank Hosh, my love for walking to school in the clear cool mornings. Don't run too fast Frank, you'll run out of gas. I, James Bond, do hereby will to Mike Monaghan, my 1001 volume set of fairy tales, the telling of which will make you the most popular one in your class, I, Mary Boucher, do hereby will to Betty Lawrence, my charming lady-like laugh. Just keep it down, but make it echo. I, Nancy Brown, do hereby will to Nancy Fiandt, my pepsodent smile which is always seen at 3:05 on Friday afternoon. I, Ann Marie Butine, do hereby will to my sister, Betty, my extensive knowledge of Newton's laws of motion, all three of them. I, Dick Cipcic, do hereby will to Jim Reece, my good grades in American History. I, Charles Grevers do hereby will to Pat Ziolkowski, my untold wealth of knowledge. Nobody told me about it yet. l, Richard Hayes, do hereby will to James fBatheeJ Baum my retired 36 Ford and include one weeks supply of oil, Q10 quartsj l can of white side wall paint, and my ability to do 50 in a 25 zone without being caught! I, John Jereck, do hereby will to Arthur Adams, my pint-sized nose! I, Elaine King, do hereby will to Ron Richel, my prosperous study period. I, Tom Koehler, do hereby will to my friend Walter Matyasic, my ability to get along with the Nun's. I, Betty Komarck, do hereby will to Mary Gobulic, my love for the Canada. Keep those letters going. I, Larry Lucas, do hereby will to Donald Durbin, my ability to work hard at doing nothing. I, Joan Mangan, do hereby will to Sharon Gaffney, my ability to louse up a cheer better than anyone else. I, Kay McCann, do hereby will to Dick Strole, my flaming red locks.
