OW URRE DER THEIR CLASS THE FRESHME FRESHMAN OFFICERS: Robert Mcllvoy, President Edward Flood, Vice President Joseph Wvarren, Secretary Robert Marlin, Treasurer 'sBoy these Freshies are smallfi remarks an upper-classman. But even if they are small. they demand our admiration for the way they have progressed in all activities. ln sports, some of them went out for foot- ball. But their most notable feat came in basketball, when the Freshman All-Stars, also known as the Blackhawks,,' were the winners in the tournament sponsored by the OH-the-Street-Club . . . Scholastically they gained eminence under the leadership of Quiz Kid Jackie Beekman. The band and Sehola Cantolum have filled most of their vacancies with Freshmen. And finally they have proved themselves as able Thes- pians. As Journalists they make your Lowell Thomas and Wiestbrook Pegler worry about their laurels . . .
