.. UU UUU HEHIEIHBEHH? FALL... School days, dear old golden rule days. The first of the year, some new faces, some old and dear. Settling down to restrain the sore disquiet of a restless brain. Then came October, the annual pictures were taken, it was quite a task. Clean-up day came a few weeks later. The S.A.S.C. Convention -what a time was had by alll The first blue slips were sent home. Oh mel!-Need we say more? As something to remember old S.P.H.S. in the good old year of ,4-7, many ordered their class rings and pins. WINTER . . Q Holiday season-Christmas-what a joyous time for alll The Holiday Hop was a welcome-home dance for all the alumni. Then hack to school to take up where we had left off. Exams-Those revealing little blue slips again.- The National Honor Society tapping-let the studious be recognized. Tests, tests, and more tests-the Westinghouse tests, Pepsi-Cola tests and the senior aptitude tests. The enthusiastic audience of students and adults cheered our basketball team to a glorious victory, The Big Ten Championshipf' SPRING... Ho-hum, we've all got that fever. Chances are it's spring. The Student Government elections came along in March, also the Senior Play or the S.P.H.S. story of the Philadelphia Storyf' Then autobiographies-HBack- ward, turn backward, O time, in thy flight, and make me a child again just for tonightf, Another National Honor Society Tapping-a worthwhile reward for studying. Then a long-awaited Easter vacation. The Junior class pre- sented the annual Junior-Senior Prom, which we will always remember. Oh dear! Exams and then whether we graduate or not Finally the Move-up Chapel, a solemn and sad moment. Then things begin happening too quicklyg Class Night, Farewell Picnic, our Baccalaureate Service, and Graduation, all too soon. Farewell to you, our own Alma Mater.
