Left to right: Ann Strickland, Secretary-Treasurerg Jay Rowen, Presidentg Joanne Bolton, Vice President. Scared but eager, we entered ,lunior College for the first time on September 2nd, and immediately were besieged with more homework than we had had all of our Senior year. We thought we would never get through the first six Weeks but finally came the day of reckoning - grades - and most of us found that it wasn't so had after all. ln October we held elections and when the tally had been taken, ,lay Rowen, Joanne Bolton, and Ann Strickland emerged victorious as President, Vice President, and Secretary-Treasurer. JoAnn Smith was appointed next yearis Election Chairman. Our class projects, an entertainment troup that toured the hospitals and homes, and the Spring Picnic were both very successful, owing to the splendid co-operation of the entire class and backing of our Ways and Means Committee. Now that our Freshman year is over, we look back with fond memories of the won- derful times we had, and forward to the great thing which lies ahead for us as Sopho- mores at Utopia Tech.
