In recognition of your tireless effort on behalf of the stu- dents of St. Petersburg junior College, we, at this time bestow on you the highest faculty award of student recognition. We, the class of 1951 dedicate to you our most priceless possession, the diary of our days at Utopia Tech, our Troiad. For over a decade you've been helping guys and gals like us in your same quiet, unassuming manner, injecting a smile and dash of optimism into everything you undertake. The list of your achievements is endless: an executive in the Science department, an advisor to Sci-Math Club, a servant of the audio-visual needs of the college, a guardian of the Freshman Class, a booster of an amateur radio station, and a friend who always works behind the scene without thought of glory or reward, you've won our hearts and now our annual, Arthur Gay.
