Our modest record was six losses to : win. In these defeats the team upheld the fine ition of St. Peteris by showing excellent sports- ship. The season ended by the defeat of Red ik Catholic Girls' team by a small margin of two lnts. .he forward court was controlled this year by Eliz- :th Walsh, Elaine Criss, and Mary Hoagland. The onents' basket was well guarded by Co-Captain ne Faser and Co-Captain, Marion Nulty. Alter- 'ng in the open guard position were Marie Tharney l joan Bauer. This year the team will lose Arlene ter, Elizabeth Walsh, Marion Nulty, joan Bauer, Marie Tharney. hrough the untiring efforts of Miss Clark, who is er second year as coach, and the assistance of ,er Grace Alma, moderator, the team has been able nenefit considerably from their losses and will have ' knowledge to their advantage next year.
