'Xr.±:' THE 1958 PETERIAN CO-EDITORS LINDA SWANSON JOAN BOYUM FINE ARTS ACTIVITIES ATHLETICS STUDENTS DEDICATION Through the past years, the students together with the people of the community, have hoped and dreamed of having a new school building. The plans were made and the final vote passed. With the cooperation and help of many, the difficulties involved were overcome, and the students entered the new school building. Therefore, we, the Peterian staff of 1958, do dedicate this annual to everyone who helped to make the new high school possible. SCHOOL BOARD ACHIEVES GOAL After several years of very in- tensive work, the school board achieved one of its long lived dreams. A new school building had been erected and was opened to the students. Throughout this time before school opened, the board faced many difficult prob- lems; but with patience and hard work, the problems were solved. The school board has done much to make our school a real success and we certainly owe them our gratitude. ALBERT L. SCHULTZ E, C. TRIMBO MERTON KIRBY DR. CARLTON STRATHERN STAN DAVIS MRS. WM. MacKENZIE ADMINISTRATION GUIDES SCHOOL Guiding the activities of the entire school is the administrative staff, or, as the students know it, the office. Under their direction and leadership, the students are given the opportunity to make St. Peter High School an active school. Their complete interest and willing- ness to help has aided in uniting the students into one group. With the added facilities of the new school, the adminstration has been able to direct and aid the students to an even greater degree. H. G. HEGDAL, Superintendent R. C. HALL. JUNIORS PRESENT “TROUBLE SHOOTER Trouble Shooter, directed by Mr. Smart, was a three-act farce comedy which bordered on slapstick. The plot of the story involved two families, the Wilsons and the Terrises. The problem arose when Mrs. Terris rented their upstairs to the Wilsons without her husband's knowledge. Mr. Wilson was mis- taken for a lunatic and then the fun began. The audience left still chuckling and laughing. The juniors worked hard for several weeks on this play and felt both relieved and sad when the final curtain was drawn.
