I May Not And Be My Friend l GRADUATIO 1978 On June 4th, the 56th graduating class of St. Paul High School, closed out their twelve years of education with com- mencement exercises at St. PauI's Catholic Church. Rev. Robert Thomas, pastor of St. Paul's, presided as the speaker of the day. In his talk, Fr. Thomas told the graduates that fidelity today is not an in virtue. People don't accept it. Diplomas and awards were presented to the class of 1978 by principal lVlr. Rockie Larizza and Fr. Thomas. Class Valedictorian Kris Schlacter told her classmates that from this moment on we shall never be the same . Barb Dible, Salutatorian, told the class that with all it's drudgery and bro- ken dreams, it is still a beautiful world.
