While a new club was being added, drama club, the est- ablished clubs were carrying out a new spirit of enthusiasm and coop- eration. The student body seems more close-knit through these extra- curricular activities. Membership soared and all participants were pitching in to help their clubs in projects and dances. BJ Jenny Fields accepts money from the candy sale. CJ Sister Delphine gives a good suggestion at an important meeting. N 1 5 72 Homecoming Best Ever This year's homecoming acti- vities were very rewarding. While the senior boys were building a bon- fire, Nina Zanneri was selected as our queen. The game against West- ern Reserve turned out 'favorable as the Flyers won 34-O. The theme of the dance was autumn tapestry andlthe Student Council did a su- perb decorating job. The genera- tion Gap was featured and a good turnout attended the dance. The feelings of all were mutual and spirit of kindness, openness, silence and happiness were shown all Week. But these feelings were expecially shown during the Mass at the reservoir. The 1972 St. Paul's Homecoming will be remem- bered by many as the best ever. EQ Meditation and silence, a com- mon bond at the homecoming Mass One of the many duties of Pep Club is to spur the team on to vic- tory with their enthusiasm. To show this enthusiasm and spirit, Pep Club has sponsored a joint cheering section with the Norwalk High School Pep Club for a weekend in which both football teams were victorious. Each week a group of members is assigned to decorate the halls of school and the locker room for the upcoming game. Besides this the team is provided with cookies after the game and the smiling faces of the girls who stay to meet the bus.
