A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT TO: THE MEMBERS OF THE 1957 GRADUATING CLASS Dear Friends: I am aware of the many problems you have encountered in producing this Year¬ book and I commend you for the intelligent approach to the solution of those prob¬ lems. In the years ahead this Yearbook will serve as a source of information and also 0 a reminder of your experiences at your Alma Mater. As I view the world situation today—the frustrations, conflicts, and tensions, both at home and abroad—I recognize more than ever the need for college graduates with a background of Christian education and understanding, with a desire to serve human¬ ity, and with the courage to act. It is my hope that each one of you is such a person. Saint Paul’s expects you to be such a person and has therefore tried to develop you to meet this challenge. As you turn these pages in the years ahead and as you recall your college life, please do not forget Saint Paul’s. You must always remember because Saint Paul’s will never forget you.
