Dedication We, the class of 1962, see our school years as part of our voyage through life. Just as the sailor . uses the star as a guide, we too look to a star for' our guide Mary, Star fof the Sea Mary, Star of the Sea Oh Mary, your light Shines 'forth in the night In danger your glory will reach us. In on-rushin g tide Your beacon will guide To strengthen, encourage, and teach us. With colors raised high The hoats seek your eye All ships-every liner and dory. No hardier crew Is thinking of you As a model to work for God's glory. The world is a stage Maybe less-just a page In a log book. We all have our places. ln word and in deed Your message we heed To work, pray, and play for your graces. We'll stand at the mast 'Till the trouble is past All keeping an eye on your star. So onward we sail In quest of the grail Both fighters and victors we are. At the start when we launch We're not very staunch We trernhle in fear of the dangers. But shortly we learn To tack and to turn And thus our old fears hecome strangers. Then half way along With hearts full of song We ride well the high pitch and roll. The challenge is won! Our voyage is done! At last, we arrived at our goal.
