BOX 167 LARGOi FLORIDA 33540 June 1974 My Dear Students: Since man is made to the image and likeness of God, created, sustained and redeemed by Him, he must strive to live eternally with his maker, by being taught to know, love and serve God in this world, in order to reach his beatific home. The Faculty of St. Patrick's School are firm believers in this Catholic Philosphy of Education. They intend to achieve this end with their students by unifying our religious and academic endeavors, so as to fulfill their total commitment to the dignity of the person, as a child of God and one who ultimately is responsible to serve the needs of his fellowman and the community in which he lives and works. l The purpose of Catholic Education has always been to w educate the whole man, spiritually, mentally, morally and physically. This purpose has always been carried out to the full extent by our Faculty. At this time, therefore, I would like to thank the Faculty for their wonderful dedication and for the very good job they have always done. A special thanks to Sister Mary Lucia, our very able Principal, for her untiring efforts in making St. Patrick's a great school, and one that all our parents and parishioners can be proud of. My sincere thanks to the members of our Mother's Club, who have worked endlessly for the good and progress of St. Patrick's School. May all our Sisters, Lay-Teachers and students have a very happy and safe summer. We are looking foreward to seeing all of you in September and of welcoming our new students. May God Bless Ybu.
