The members of the Science Honor Society explore the realms of science in unusual and interesting manners, ever trying to delve deeper into the complexity of the things about us. Another popular activity is the Language Society, which offers much variety and numerous opportunities leading to the study of strange people and places. For those interested in social studies, the History Honor Society offers a better under- standing of our American heritage and prompts us to become better citizens. C' ei N. Three extra-curricular activities which fully designate the ever-glowing spirit of Saint lVlichael's, are the Fatima, the hflission and the Classic Cluhs. Each club endeavors to show the necessity of a good Christian life. Perhaps the most important is the Fatima Club which decli- cates itself to prayer. ln accordance with this is the Nlission Club which devotes its time to sacri- fice, and lastly the Classic Club who trys to re- flect the hcauty in Gocl's Creation. fran The Mission Club in Saint Michaa-l's reached a peak of success with Sister Elise as Moderator. The members of the Classic Honor gather around Danny Helminiak as he explains his project, which is the structure of a Roman house. As each week passes hy, we find the memhers of the Forensic league eagerlv participating in a HUITI- her of tournaments and dehates. During this year, there has heen a great deal of' honor and glory brought to our school hy this intellectual group. The Business Honor Society. consisting of rep- resentatives from all the commercial suhjects. is always eager to sponsor husiness contests, demonstrations, or exhihits. The 'lsliutterehiigsn lmve ample. opportunity to display their photographic skills hy joining the Cam- era Cluh. At every school affair a photographer is present to record the event on film. Al, Norm, and Don seemed to have come upon a completed picture which gives them much satisfac- tion. As you can see, pleasure and work seem to coincide. The class listens attentively to Veronica! dramatic speech while Kathy admires the poise in which it is delivered. Annamarie as judge adds her criti- cisms. Kathy demonstrates her skill 1nd tuhnique in typ ing while Dorothy Gert Pat Gildea Pat Dehn, and Penny Kyle look on hoping to achieve the same
