Che Michaeliniau I 957 As We depart from our dear old Alina Mater, we leave behind us one last memory-our yearbook. Although this book cannot express the joys of our entire four years, our senior days will present one-fourth of the time spent in studies and extracurricular activities. Our 1957 Miehaelinian records many pleasant memories shared by the seniors and underclassmen as Well-amusing moments in class, spills at the skating parties, cheers at basketball games. Through the efforts of the yearbook staff, headed by Sister M. Eugene, our book has reached its I-inal pages of completion. In the years to come, as you leaf through this book, rernember the Senior Class of 1957 and the days We shared together. Fran cis Malloy, William Wallace, and Bernard Volski look over the chart of returns while Barbara Bova, hilcen liiben, Carol Reich, Barbara NViles, and Dale Falce, scan through the orders. Hamcra Klub One ofthe new clubs organized this year is the Camera Club, which is under the supervision of Sister Celestine. Every Monday during the acti- vities period, the members meet and discuss the functions of operating the camera and develop- ing pictures. The most important Work of the Club consists in taking and printing pictures of school activities for both the yearbook and the school newspaper. There are two divisions of the club, the senior division or the more experienced group, and the junior division or the new group just learning the trade. YVith the new equipment acquired this year plus the added enthusiasm of the mem- bers, many worthwhile projects were success- fully achieved. Sister Celestine teaches Norman Neidcr, Melvin Rigot, and Paul Carofola the art of photograph development. 'fri ,---2
