time out! The many memories of the wonderful times spent with our fellow students and classmates will surely act as the link that binds in the years to come. Forget the Warm, smiling faces all around as We started oil for an evening at the skating rink or selected the king and queen of the Mardi Gras! Forget the fun-Hlled Week of initiation, or the laughter and bustle of thc cafeteria at lunch! That would be asking the impos- sible. VVorking together on such activi- ties at the radio broadcasts, the Christ- mas cantata and the student council strengthened the bond that had already existed among the students. Yes, many happy events will continue to live in the hearts of all. Other memories may be added for those who remain, but none will be sufficient to crowd out the memories we have already placed there.

As we approach the last year of our education, we Find ourselves being prepared for the business world, the academic field, or home-making. Natur- ally this demands .1 wide curriculum. lt is of great importance to us to become skilled in such subjects as typing, chemistry, problems of democracy, trigonom- etry, shorthand, and home economies. Observing the students, faces, it is evi- dent that they are very serious and conscientious, but at the same time enjoying their search for knowledge. Many times the studies seem impossible and without meaning, but years from now we will realize how vital they were when we meet similar problems in life.
