Vopni, S. Catterwall, Mr. W. Hirst (G.J.). ABSENT: M. Elwood, D. Williams. The Buzzers finished in third place in league stan- dings with a record of 21 wins, 12 losses, and 3 ties. In the playoffs, the Buzzers won the first round against Port Credit, and the second round against Wexford. However, in the Divisional final, the Buzzers lost to a very strong Henry Carr team, 4 games to 1. The MVP was Rick Mulligan. Rick, captain of the team, was also the leading scorer with 57 points. He was chosen to the first-team all-stars and was a member of the winning Ontario team at the Canadian Winter Games. 82

Van Wonderin, 0. Rodriguez. ' he Blue Knights had a very successful year, nishing second in league wrestling. At the TDCAA hampionships, they also finished second. The team as composed mainly of novice wrestlers with a few eniors. Walter Brasca was the MVP. Younger restlers looked up to Walter for leadership and hspiration.

SENIOR HOCKEY SENIOR HOCKEY TEAM: FIRST ROW (L TO R): Mr. P. Forbes, C. Flora, C. Mandala, F. Trentadue, J. Purvis, D. Crupi, G. Dreschel, J. Mandala, K. Cain, Mr. G. Marlborough. SECOND ROW: G. Dineen, T. Hannan, D. Corcoran, J. Madigan, M. Buchanan, T. Keon, B. McDavid, D. Fusca, F. Bazzocchi. THIRD ROW: H. Poon, E. Sluga, A. Fisher, R. Chiappetta, D. Glionna, S. Buza, A. Agostini (Manager). St. Mike ' s Senior Hockey team finished first in the Eastern division of the TDCAA with a 10 win, 5 loss, and 5 tie record. At the prestigious Fr. David Bauer Hockey Classic, the Seniors won the bronze medal. In playoff action, they lost to Michael Power in the Semi-finals. The MVP this year was captain Jamie Purvis. MIDGET HOCKEY The St. Mike ' s Midget Major Hockey Club were semi-finalists in the MTHL, losing to the Don Mills Flyers. The team was ranked fifth in Ontario by the OHA. They were finalists in the Burlington Midget Tournament. Giancarlo Marrone was the MVP. Giancarlo may possibly be the best defenceman in the league.
