Service Club Moderator Sister Cecelia Aloysius The Service Club is one of the most indispensable of our many organizations at St. Michael's. lts members are fre- quently called upon to assist at school and parish affairs and they respond to these de- mands on their time with will- ingness and graciousness. They have earned the well-merited praise of all who have ob- served them. One of their favorite pro- iects, not immediately con- nected with the school, is the making of gifts for the sick sisters at St. Anne's Villa. The ioy which they bring into the lives of these sisters is but a reflex of that which they feel in being of service to them. Cafeteria Staff ni D l l Our indispensable Service Club. Students who are contemplating teaching as a career have an opportunity to learn what are the obliga- tions and advantages of the profession. They are taught the requirements for certifica- tion and are given some basic instructions on the preparation of lesson plans. Each member receives special training in conducting a class and is given the opportunity to develop his talents under the direction and guidance of Miss DeBiase. Any organization which helps to fill the ranks of this most necessary and important profession is of great benefit to the community at large, and should be given every encour- agement.
