During the Hrst years, we thought of school only as an edu- cational institution. To us it seemed a machine, manufacturing students. But the complete life of the school came to us only after we realized that there is more to learning than study. Through the Windows of various activities, We gain the true spirit of St. Mel. Through them we grow out of the foggy immaturity of freshmen to shining reflections as Knights of St. Mel. No longer are we merely members of an organiiation. We are St. Mel. Page 22
