V----------------- Our Final Day Emotions Our last few days at St. Mary's gave us mixed feelings of both hap- piness and sadness. Happiness in finally graduating and leaving school but a certain sadness in leaving behind many friendships made with both teachers and fellow classmates and having to face an unpredictable future. Four years spent together built up a lot of memories, and the events that oc- cured have changed our lives. As we step out of the past and reach for tomorrow, we, the Class of '86 will never forget the times we spent at St. Mary's High School. How could you forget these guys. The Three Musketeers, Eileen, Lisa, and Beth. Oh, Rich my darling! Ed, you shouldn't have. 1986 Seniors, a terrific bunch of kids. Now, what should 1 write to you7 Nancy and Mary Ellen, a friendship that keeps blooming. 29

Baccalaureate Mass Reflections The Baccalaureate Mass is a special time for graduates. It's a time to reflect on the past four years and a time to look forward to the future. Our Baccalaureate Mass was held on May 28 at 7:30 p.m. at St. Mary's Church with our pastor and celebrant Msgr. Gerety. Many students participated in the mass bringing up gifts such as a Varsity letter. Class Ring, and a textbook. We also had many fine readers at the mass and our faithful guitar group which gave it their all. We should never forget the song The Greatest Love of All that filled us with a sense of dignity to love and to succeed. The Class of X986 Maryann and Kelly, one final duet. Bob gets his ironing done just in time. A few adjustments and we're off. 28

Glory Days Come To An End Away We Go! The final walk. Graduation day, June 6, 1986, was filled with joy and tears. There was joy for the successful completion of four years at Saint Mary's and tears for the end of those Glo- ry Days . Little did anyone know that the very next day our own Bishop Me Carrick would be named to a new position. God Bless you Archbishop Me Carrick. Anxious parents await the class of 86. Trying to get some cool air. 30
