iii? We Learn Skills Skills in Various fields play Vital roles in the American Economy. Thus, through an efficient commercial and home economics program many students may go directly from high school into the World of business with capabilities and confidence already well established. The courses in home economics enable girls to learn about Woman's most important contribu- tion to the world--namely the raising of citizens that will be a credit to this present World and the World to come. Under the guidance of Mrs. Mattingly and her staff, Mrs. Konek, Mrs. Tierney and Mrs. Crespino, the Students are kept well fed and happy. Each day finds Mrs. johnson ready to take the lunch tickets. From Whom We Receive Service The camera spots a group of hungry Seniors in the cafeteria Mrs. Helen Mattingly has Very competent ly supervised our hot lunch program ever since it began six years ago. Mr. Cronister and Mr. Habjan are always ready to lend a hand when things need attention. 'urn-u.... Of great importance to our school are the people behind the scenes. They devote their time to service our needs, and we de- pend on them for a great many services. Every task they perform makes our World a more pleasant place in which to live. 19
