Linus, Principal, 5 and to all the faculty members we do hereby ex- v press and bestow our most sincere love, gratitude, 9 appreciation and thanks for their untiring efforts 5 and their unselfishness toward us during the four years spent in our High School. I SECTION II I To the Class of '50, we bequeath the pleasure l and honor of editing and publishing our school paper the Marianette and the compiling and oompleting the Tenth Edition of the Marian. SECTION III Tp the School we leave several beautiful and hard-earned trophies for which members of the aforesaid Class played brilliant and outstanding football and basketball. PROVIDED, however, that the oncoming classes will tenderly and properly polish and preserve the said trophies so the same will dominate and adorn our trophy case and to honor those who gave their all to win. SECTION V To the entire student body we will and be- queath the privilege of attending a Catholic in- stitution which, as our dear departed Rt. Rev. Monsignor P. McCullough said in his' life time, is second to none, with a trust and hope that they will use it and appreciate it to the fullest extent. Lastly, we do hereby nominate and appoint the Class of 1950 to be the Executors of this, our Last Will and Testament, and to serve as such with the greatest of trust and confidence.
