Third row: Joseph Clancy, James Kane, Alphonse O, Bourque, John Cavanaugh, Joseph Geaney, Frank Shanahan, This club, organized in 1950, is composed of a group of spirited men and women who have made St.Mary's one of the best athletically equipped schools in the state. This year they spent hundreds of dollars to purchase new equipment and uniforms for the football and hockey teams. Annually they sponsor a banquet at which they award sweaters and letters to the athletes. An annual Thanksgiving Day breakfast is tendered the football team by these self-sacrificing boosters. The Marian Mothers conduct an annual Gift Cer tificate and Award Night to assist our athletic pro- gram. Each year our Boosters Club increases in size and accomplishment. We sincerely believe that every graduate should be an active member of this purposeful organization.
