Robert Eugene Mozalzkorz 16 cmissm' PLACE, LYNN For the leading role in my story, I shall choose myself, my four years ol high school will make up the plotg and the setting will be Saint Mary's. When I was a lowly freshman I thought that it would take a full book to reproduce accurately an account of my long years in school. Now I realizc all too well how short my story is. There is almost nothing to relate except that my training has been splendid, and my life happy. Having struggle-l over many a hurdle, I became a senior, and made the last great push. Al- ready nevs vistas open their doors to me They all look sunny but who knows what lies beyond he turn in the road Before I select one of these paths I wish to extend my sincere appreciation to the Priests and Sisters Above all I thank my good mother for her zeal her deyotion and he foresight in equipping me with a Catholic education Rzcbard Peter Mulbezr 18 CHURCH STRYIIT LYNN Although unaccustomed to the technical procedure of writing an auto biography I shall sketch a brief account of my life Enrolled at Sain oseph s I soon became acclimated and found that making friends is one of the joys of school life After eight golden years unfaltermgly I turned my steps towards Saint Marys Each year her was very profitable and pleasant Ar the close of the sophomore stage I had the wonderful oppor tunity of going to California This meant much fun variety and excitc ment 'lhe pleasantness of my junior and senior years blended vxell with that of the past for repeated hundreds in conduct were my specialty Strengthened by the excellent training of a Catholic education and forti f'-ICKI by the sustaining grace of God I am well prepared to confront the vxorld I express my undying appreciation to my parents the Priests and the Sisters emzey Fmuczf fllullen '72 DFI R COVI LX NN When I ponder over memories of days gone by I recall the first grade mth all its nevs ness especially my first catechism the second third and mth an accompanying sense of uperlority It mas then that I began to ncalizc the xalue of a parochial school training I thought of thc educa tional period of i pcrson s life as tvyo hills a small and a large onc thc small bcrng grammar chool and thc large high school I had just com Dleted the ascent of thc small hill md xx as about to climb thc largcr onc Though I didnt reallzc it then I know now that the climb was hard and steep yet full of fun lrom the summt of this inclinc I xiu ino hcr but this one is huec Though I can sce that this will mean many a struggle I couragcously bcfim the task fcclinx, that intern ingled with thc sorrows will be the joys fo0 , , , , r v v . t . 1 1 Q' f V X a Y s '- . . , ' . 1' , ' .
