This building has attracted wide-spread at- tention owing to its superior architecture and decorating. Ladies and gentlemen, it merits zr broadcast. But something else of importance is taking place here today-a gathering of stars, celebrities, notables, and just plain people all bound together by a common bond of friendship. They are the graduating class of '39 reuniting today in '49, And the first to arrne rs Earl Ponder driving a beautiful black Packard We learn that Earl has reached the top rn a surprising ly short time He has started a branch of chain stores that are rapidly spreading throughout the country Earl lives in Boston but he says nothing could hate kept me away Virginia Hohler arrlxes next Even if we did not remember her from school days we would recogni e her from the social items rn the rew spapers These represent her as the ttractrxe wi e of the owner of a large Construction Company We find that she is Just as pretty and Just as friendly as we re membered her But oh' No one could miss thrs new arrrx al He is ushered in with all the splendor and gold braid and buttons of the United States Naxv He is surrounded by a crowd of old schoolmates The crowd breaks away and Admn rl John Vlulfers emerges John enter ed the Nan soon after graduation and wa lniosl rmmedr rtely successful The lrdx we noticed drixing the next ll coupe enters our group Immediately she is recognized as Alma Stammer. The few who have lost track of her are quickly in- formed that she is Secretary to the President of the Telephone Company in St. Louis. Alma started as an operator but her qualities were soon recognized and she was promoted to the position she now holds. We are very proud of the next arrival. Prettier than ever, and, if we are not mis- taken, just a little taller, is Mildred Martin. Mildred sings those popular songs we all love to hear.
