Frances Fallon, nursing student working as hostess at Jimmy's to earn tuition for specialized courses. Ann Brennan, vocalist at jimmy's. Pat Murphy, jimmy Gunther's dancing partner. George Hojnoski, bouncer for jimmy's. Faith Kensing, owner of the former Bright Shop, now called the Dim Shop, whose motto is : Our prices won't dazzle you, neither will our clothes. Faith was present at the time of the crime. Attorney for defense calls his witnesses: Peter Morabito, owner of Morabito's Diner. Albert Olson, Riding Master at the Ritzy Riding Academy.
