Panther Power Against Mansfield St. Peter's the Saints played a strong game, keeping within 6 points most of the time, only to lose out in the last few minutes, 64-53. The Panthers regained their pride though as they beat Margaretta 52- 49, then polished off Danbury 76-56, finishing the season with a 10-8 record. The Blue and Gold faced Fremont St. Ioe in the first tournament game and really showed their colors as they came up with a 64-54 vic- tory. The whole team turned in a fine perform- ance in this game. Next the Panthers met Fostoria St. Wendelin and seemed to run into all kinds of trouble and were plagued with mistakes throughout the entire game. Despite the fine play of Senior Center Paul Stanley, the Saints lost out in the final seconds, 47-42. , 6.15, 4 1 73
