You will often in future days look through its contents to recall to mind many happy events, many pleasant moments, many lasting friendships and many worthwhile accomplishments. lt is our hope that you will look back on your years at St. Mary's High School as fruitful years, years in which you learned the true values to be sought in life. lt is your continual striv- ing for these values that will be the measure of your success. Your teachers have instilled in you the ideal that the truly successful Christian is he who so lives as to be able to return his soul to God when he has completed his course. This is the reward asked by your teachers, that they will be able to see you living good Christian lives. So when you page through your yearbook in future years remember not only the students you went to school with, the things you did, but also the many Christian principles that you learned. Put these principles into practice and you will be a truly successful man. l ioin with the members of the faculty in extending to you best wishes for success in future years.
