The Dean's Message Loyalty npMIS word seems to lit the members of the DIAL ANNUAL. They have given un-stintingly of their time, their talents, their recreation and leisure. Behind the work which we admire, lies the motive which we honor. Loyalty is active devotion to an ideal, and its ultimate test is sacrifice.
