And in loth divisions the champion outfit of the previous year came through to victory again. In the Class A tournament, the St. Benedict’s IVep Quintet was the class of the field composed of St. Benedict's. St. Mary’s. Imniaculata of Leavenworth. Cathedral of Wichita and Catholic High of Kansas City. In the Junior tournament Topeka Catholic High repeated its victory of last year and won from a field coni|M sed of Catholic High of Topeka. St. Xavier’s of Junction City. Aurora Catholic I ligli. St. Theresa's of Hutchinson, and St. Mary’s Juniors. The games were handled by Mr. Bill llargiss of Kansas University, and Frank Hyland and Frank Staab. Kansas State High School Officials. The players and directors of the tournament were guests at a breakfast in the College refectory at which the prizes were awarded Sunday morning, March 3. Page l 2
